Role Description
This full‑time, on‑site Financial Consultant Partner role is based in Appleton, WI. In this position, the Financial Consultant Partner will provide direct support to Financial Consultants, assisting them in delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include preparing financial plans, conducting client appointments, managing client requests, and engaging in portfolio reviews. The role involves building strong client relationships, offering sound financial guidance, and coordinating with internal resources to provide tailored solutions to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and portfolio management
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and client‑focused service skills
- Experience with financial analysis, risk assessment, and market trends
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as data management
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Series 7 and 63/66 licenses, or ability to obtain within the required timeframe
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related fields is preferred
- Relevant work experience in financial services or consulting is advantageous
