Loan Servicing Representative II

Full‑time position based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton. After initial on‑site onboarding, the role may offer hybrid work consideration. Candidates must reside in Wisconsin to be considered.

• Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Handle post‑closing loan functions, including:
  
  • Process new loan bookings and service those loans.
  
  • Maintain loan accounts on the core system.
  
  • Resolve discrepancies with member accounts.
  
  • Process, track, and follow up on insurance and escrow payments.
  
  • Set up and maintain loan categories, product configuration, and other core system requirements.
  
  • Analyze and troubleshoot errors with loan accounts.
  
  • Disburse escrowed insurance (private mortgage, hazard, auto, flood).
  
  • Review and process cancellations of private mortgage insurance.
  
  • Prepare loan payoff statements.
• Support team members and share workload to ensure a positive experience for members, mortgage loan originators, and internal team members.

• 1–3 years of experience in a financial institution or related environment.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of lending processes, procedures, and systems.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other general computer systems.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Fri. 8am-5pm, Sat. 9am-12pm.
