Theda Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Perioperative Services Team at Theda Care Medical Center
- Berlin, Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in Appleton and Theda Care Regional Medical Center
- Neenah.

• 4:10's:
  Tuesdays and every other Wednesday will be in Berlin and the rest of the days split between OSP and TCN
• Unique position to care for surgical patients in the inpatient setting while also cross training into an outpatient clinic for preoperative risk stratifications and evaluations. Role will directly influence quality outcomes of surgical patients including postoperative outcomes, same day surgery cancellations, care coordination, readmission prevention and system mortality index.

• Exciting opportunity to partner with nearly all specialty practices starting with surgeons, primary care, therapy, cardiology, pulmonary etc all the way through the surgical experience and post-operative phase.

Experienced APC only
