Join Our Team as a Caregiver! We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Caregivers to join our team at Innovative Care Services. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our care team, providing support and companionship to clients in a residential setting.

Base pay range
: $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

• Support Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  Plan and engage in leisure activities with clients, ensure enjoyable experiences, and accompany them to appointments or outings.
• Provide Compassionate Care:
  Assist individuals with disabilities in daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Household Assistance:
  Help with meal preparation, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Medication Support:
  Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborative Teamwork:
  Work as part of a 24/7 care team to support clients with their needs and well-being.

• Qualifications:
  
  Must be at least 18 years old. Experience in caregiving is preferred but not required; paid training is provided.
• Driver’s License:
  For some positions, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
• Skills:
  
  Compassionate, reliable, and a great team player. Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
