Location:

Appleton, WI | Pay: $18–$21 per hour (based on experience) |

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (casual PRN position, could become full time).

• Provide one‑on‑one engagement and supervision.
• Support personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with meal prep and feeding.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
• Support daily routines and activities.
• Accompany the individual and family to appointments or community outings.
• Remain steady, supportive, and compassionate during moments of escalation.

• Experience working with non‑verbal autistic individuals or those with high support needs.
• Ability to manage physically intense behaviors safely and respectfully.
• Strong communication and redirection skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to assist with safety and daily care.
• Prior caregiving experience required.
• Pet‑friendly home environment.
