Job Specifications- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location:
Neenah, WI - Pay Rate: $18-$20/Hour
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently using EPIC software.
- Communicate with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure accurate scheduling and information flow.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information during scheduling.
- Manage appointment reminders and rescheduling requests.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and poise.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Support multiple departments by prioritizing urgent and routine scheduling needs.
- Demonstrated experience using EPIC scheduling software is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is an advantage.
