FOX Rehabilitation is growing in West Bend, WI, and we are seeking motivated Physical Therapist Assistants to provide hands-on care in older adults within the Geriatric House Calls model.
You'll work closely with a supervising PT to implement individualized plans, guide exercises, and help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their homes and in senior living communities.
