Role:
Lead clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics for Sarepta's gene therapy programs, focusing on dose selection, PK/PD modeling, and translational approaches from early to late-stage development (Ph3 and registration).
- develop and execute quantitative strategies
- oversee data analysis including population PK/PD modeling
- support regulatory interactions
- guide global regulatory strategies
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics
- expertise with PK/PD modeling, regulatory engagements, and tools like NONMEM and R
Preferred: experience with siRNA, CNS, or translational science.
High ValueHigh Value: gene therapy, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, clinical pharmacology, PK/PD modeling, regulatory strategy, Ph3 development.
Work SetupWork Setup: hybrid (US-based), on-site presence required; some in-person events.
