In Home Caregiver

Join our caregiving team

We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and in-home caregivers to join our family-owned and operated caregiving company. Candidates with experience in assisted living, home care, senior care, or healthcare are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will help older adults remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes while providing respectful, personalized support.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and applicants who are new to caregiving. Paid training, ongoing education, orientation, and 24/7 support are available to help you succeed.

What you’ll do Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Provide medication reminders

Run errands and assist with transportation to appointments, as assigned

Support activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting, based on client needs and training

Provide specialized support for clients living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, as assigned

Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and the care team Treat every client with dignity, kindness, and respect

Required qualifications

Valid driver’s license

Current auto insurance

Ability to stoop, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds

Ability to pass a background check

Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing dependable care Effective communication skills

Compliance with applicable State of Wisconsin requirements, including any required DMV check and drug screening

Preferred qualifications

Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, senior care, assisted living, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or experience is a plus, but not required

Experience supporting clients with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia is a plus Weekend availability may be helpful for some assignments
