The position involves evaluating patients, creating and adjusting treatment plans, and guiding discharge planning. The role requires Wisconsin licensure and BLS within 6 months, with weekend coverage and additional premiums for Fri–Sun shifts.
Expect a 5-day schedule, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with an extra $11/hour on those days. There is a $20,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.
