About Us
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and step into the Housekeeping Manager's shoes when needed.
Key Skills/Responsibilities- Supervisory
Skills:
Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting to ensure that standards and productivity levels are being met. - Communication and Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants. Provide training and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment. - Safety and Compliance:
Handle "Lost and Found" items with care and integrity. Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met. Access to back of house areas of the hotel and sensitive information. - Sanitation and Cleanliness:
Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment.
- 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
- High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
