Hospital Valet Driver – Appleton Medical Center – 1st Shift, 3–4 Days per Week

Join Towne Park as a Hospital Valet Driver serving Appleton Medical Center. This part‑time position requires 3–4 days per week, 7 AM to 2 PM, on days that fit your schedule.

Job Overview

As a Guest Service Associate/Valet, you will visit guests, retrieve and return vehicles safely, and assist with luggage and general assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
  • Assist guests with luggage, serving as bell services and storage as needed.
  • Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests, ensuring safety and courtesy.
  • Help guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries.
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
  • Issue claim checks, collect keys, complete ticket information and calculate revenue.
Qualifications Education
  • High school diploma or GED
Licensure / Certification
  • Valid driver’s license for the state or within commuting distance.
Work Experience
  • One month of related experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Customer and personal service principles.
  • Standard English reading, writing, and comprehension.
  • Basic mathematics and understanding of time and rates.
  • Manual transmission operation is desirable.
  • Parallel parking ability.
Compensation

Starting pay $12 per hour plus $4 – $9 per hour in tips.

Work Schedule

Tuesday through Friday, 7 AM to 2 PM (3–4 days per week).

Benefits

Eligible for accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine insurance, and 401(k). Benefits may change based on classification and hours.

Physical Requirements

Requires ability to walk, stand, sit, lift, reach, and operate under varying weather conditions.
