Our Talent Development Coordinator takes ownership of administrative tasks, logistics planning, and coordination for programs and projects that support the Talent Development team within HR functions such as Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Performance, and other employee life cycle touchpoints as assigned. WhatYou Get To Do
- Support Talent Development team in delivering successful experiences to our employees.
- Responsible for administrative tasks including but not limited to report creating and generating, document maintenance, data entry, and problem solving.
- Assist learning management system (LMS) administrator in maintaining calendar of events, LMS record keeping, and updating course catalog data and content.
- Organize program supplies, assets, and resources.
- Provide logistical support for in‑person training events.
- Create content for and manage updates to Human Resources’ SharePoint site.
- Process data requests.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects and collaborate with team members and subject matter experts.
- Manage and research customer inquiries.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to help implement leadership, talent development, and performance programs as well as new initiatives for enterprise support of companies within The Boldt Group.
- Track and report on Talent Development metrics.
- Manage administrative projects as directed.
- Help develop materials to support current and new talent development programs and initiatives.
- Focus on efficiencies by implementing a lean mindset; suggest ways to improve processes.
- Associate’s degree in human resources, communications, business, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience with administrative tasks, logistics planning, and coordination for programs and projects.
- Proficient with Excel, and full Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Power BI and AI (Copilot) prompts and capabilities a plus.
- Proven ability to multi‑task and manage projects on strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to understand the big picture while also focusing on completing details well.
- Demonstrate curiosity and passion for problem‑solving with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Self‑starter; results driven; positive attitude with a high degree of energy, tenacity, and creativity.
- Strong observation, listening, and written/oral communication skills required and desire to learn and grow.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, read the room, and build consensus as well as handle highly confidential and vital information.
- Professional and positive demeanor with internal and external customers.
- A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
