In this role, you will work closely with job seekers by sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting them throughout their assignments, while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and screening to ensure client job orders are filled with high-quality talent
  • Networking and building connections to grow the candidate pool
  • Conducting orientations and processing new-hire (Talent) paperwork

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
