The Vice President of IT & Transformation for U.S. Auto Force is a strategic and visionary technology leader responsible for shaping and executing the division’s IT roadmap. This executive will drive digital transformation initiatives, modernize core systems, and foster innovation to support business growth, operational excellence, and customer experience. Reporting directly to the Corporate CIO, this role is the top IT leader for the U.S. Auto Force division and a key member of both the enterprise IT and U.S. Auto Force division leadership teams.

The U.S. Auto Force eCommerce, WMS, and EDI/Integration IT teams will report directly to this individual.

• Strategic Leadership & Partnership:
  Define and execute the IT strategy for U.S. Auto Force by fostering strong strategic partnerships and building bridges between the division and enterprise.
• Technology Transformation:
  Spearhead the adoption of artificial intelligence and digital solutions to position U.S. Auto Force at the forefront of industry innovation. Drive modernization of core platforms—including WMS, CRM, and warehouse automation—by integrating AI to optimize operations and deliver superior customer experiences.
• Change Visionary:
  Serve as a change visionary, leveraging a strong business mindset and deep technology expertise to inspire alignment, champion adoption, and lead transformative change across the division and enterprise.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology can unlock business value, particularly in demand planning, pricing, logistics, and customer support.
• Governance & Optimization:
  Oversee technology planning and budgeting to ensure an effective and cost-efficient technology organization. Ensure effective IT governance, vendor management, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Team Leadership:
  Build and lead a high-performing, cross‑functional IT team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Operational Excellence:
  Drive standardization, quality control, and continuous improvement across all IT functions.
• Cultural Stewardship:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a strong track record of delivering business value through technology.
• 10+ years of distribution or manufacturing industry experience is required. Familiarity with WMS platforms, warehouse automation and conveyor systems is highly desirable.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing cross‑functional teams and enterprise‑scale initiatives.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems implementation, and IT strategy development.
• Experience leading complex, major change initiatives; demonstrated skills in change management.
• Experience in Inventory Optimization, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and pricing systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong financial acumen, a bias for action, and the ability to drive results. An outgoing, action‑oriented self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
