Job Title:Lead Information Security Analyst (Service Now GRC)

What’s the Job?

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Information Security Analyst to join our Information Security Assurance Services team, within a dynamic financial services environment. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining security policies and security controls as well as ensuring regulatory compliance using the Service Now GRC platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial regulations, risk management leading practices, a strong background in information security governance, and proven hands‑on experience with the Service Now GRC platform.

The Lead Information Security Analyst is a trusted expert, thought leader who applies business, industry and technical knowledge of assigned assets, domains, platforms, technologies and vendors. Provides input for technology strategy, coordinates with other teams to ensure quality solution delivery, provides thought leadership to mid‑large sized projects, solves complex problems and provides leadership and technical guidance to less experienced staff. They have proven history of delivering strong results through technical know‑how and focused leadership.

• 5–8 years of experience in information security governance, risk, and compliance.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now GRC in a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on Information Assurance or Financial Risk (preferred).

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC (preferred)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
