• Lead complex mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and wastewater projects ranging from $2M to $30M in scope.
• Oversee project performance, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery from start to finish.
• Manage labor projections, coordinate with field management teams, and maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in project turnover meetings, track progress and financial forecasts, and provide consistent updates to management.
• Ensure quality, safety, and profitability targets are met while fostering collaboration across engineering, field, and customer teams.

• 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or wastewater construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects ranging from mid‑size to large‑scale industrial or municipal installations.
• Strong organizational and forecasting skills with experience tracking budgets, labor, and schedules.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities—able to build trust and maintain positive working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Track record of meeting deadlines in high‑demand environments while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.
