About the Role

As our Safety Manager
, you’ll be the driving force behind our safety-first culture. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure compliance across all levels of the organization. You’ll "own" safety initiatives and be a key player in our Safety Committee.

What You’ll Do Leadership & Culture
  • Champion a corporate culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility.
  • Provide expert guidance, coaching, and mentoring on safety initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Trade Superintendents to meet each trade’s unique safety needs.
Training & Development
  • Oversee safety training programs—identify needs, schedule sessions, and track completion.
  • Lead training at Supervisor, Foreman, and Project Manager meetings.
  • Participate in new employee orientations, ensuring proper PPE and safety awareness.
Administration & Compliance
  • Manage Workers’ Compensation claims and OSHA reporting.
  • Continue to grow our Safety, Quality and Production (SQP) initiatives.
Site Safety & Audits
  • Conduct job site audits to identify and correct hazards.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, implement preventive measures, and manage return-to-work plans.
  • Promote the Safety Circle of Influence and hold all stakeholders accountable.
What You Bring
  • Required: Proven experience in construction safety
    .
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and inspire teams across all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and analytical capabilities.
