Warehouse Supervisor - Wire and Conduit (1st Shift)

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including ordering, receiving, storing, picking, pulling, packing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts.
• Oversee inventory processes, counter sales, delivery, cycle counts, and other warehouse functions.
• Advise employees on proper storage, handling, and use of equipment.
• Track inventory discrepancies, recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare schedules, streamline workflow, and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Create a team atmosphere, handle complaints, and seek support from the Operations Manager when needed.
• Maintain customer relationships, provide sales support and data entry, and coordinate product returns.
• Manage delivery vehicles, warehouse maintenance, and related facilities work.
• Assist walk‑in customers with product information or loading.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and kneeling.
