The Boldt Company is seeking an accomplished construction executive to serve as President of National Power & Industrial (NPI).

This is an opportunity to lead a significant business within Boldt, providing the vision, leadership, and executive oversight needed to advance strategy, people, operations, customer relationships, and financial performance. The President will serve as a visible leader in the market, develop strong customer relationships, and build a high-performing organization positioned for sustained, profitable growth.

The role is accountable for the operations of the assigned business, including profit and loss, business planning, strategic growth, and the overall vision for success. The business is expected to achieve annual revenue targets of $500 million or more.

As President of National Power & Industrial, you will lead the business with a focus on long-term success, operational excellence, strong customer partnerships, and the development of our people.

You will:

• Establish and execute a clear strategic vision for the business.
• Lead sustained, profitable growth while balancing opportunity, organizational capacity, and risk.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide executive oversight of business and construction operations, financial performance, and significant contractual commitments.
• Develop, empower, and lead a strong team capable of supporting the business today and into the future.

• Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the business.

Develop and implement the strategic direction necessary to drive sustained, profitable revenue growth. Identify new markets and opportunities, build teams capable of pursuing them, and maintain a disciplined approach to project selection and work acquisition.

You will also establish and maintain executive relationships with customers, strengthen Boldt’s presence in the marketplace, proactively address customer concerns, and foster a culture of extraordinary customer service.

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop leaders and teams to achieve both business and organizational goals. Create an environment of accountability and ensure the organization has the talent, leadership capability, and long-term staffing plans necessary to support future growth.

This leader will help reinforce Boldt’s culture while developing people, building effective teams, and creating an environment in which employees can succeed.

Provide executive leadership and oversight to ensure strong operational performance from preconstruction through construction. Partner closely with operational leaders to support project planning and execution, maintain visibility into project performance, and foster strong relationships with customers, trade partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

You will also work with leadership to support strong, proactive site safety programs that meet the needs of the company, our customers, and our projects.

Provide clear, enduring vision and establish the strategies, goals, infrastructure, processes, and talent necessary to achieve the business plan.
