Team Lead - 2nd Shift - Power Systems Division BASIC DESCRIPTION

This person will be responsible for making decisions regarding customers, business and employee needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Engine preparation
• Base assembly
• Front panel subassembly
• Wiring
• Testing
• Shipping
• Parts ordering
• Data entry
• Scheduling production
• Coordinating manpower
• Providing reliable, fair, and unbiased feedback
• Training others

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of engine drive products and ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams (preferred)
• Knowledge of MRD and material ordering procedures (required)
• Strong decision-making abilities and positive attitude
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts during peak production times
• Willingness to work overtime including 12 hrs/day and/or Saturdays (as required)
• Cross training in all areas of manufacturing required

• Frequently lift, push, or pull 10-25 lbs and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 25-45 lbs
• Frequently use both hands to assemble, wire, carry bins, tools and components
• Constant standing and hand manipulation
• Occasionally reaching, walking, and neck flexion
• Be able to stand for up to 12 hours per day
