Oshkosh Corporation - Pierce Manufacturing Inc [Production Operator / Assembly Line Worker] As a Metal Finisher at Oshkosh Corporation, you'll:
Inspect all materials to be painted before and after preparation;
Smooth surfaces to be painted by sanding parts and grinding welds;
Prepare surfaces for wet on wet paint process;
Recognize, repair, and glaze minor defects with no assistance;
Recognize, repair, and glaze major defects with some assistance;
Repair and glaze minor dents and gouges.
