• Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC lathes (12-32" chucks) with Fanuc controls
  .
• Work on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines in a non-production setting.
• Collaborate with the team to choose the most efficient machining methods.
• Ensure accuracy and part quality based on blueprints and specs.
• Follow 6S and safety protocols to maintain a top-tier work environment.
• Embrace continuous improvement and innovation in tools, CAD/CAM, and setups.

• 3+ years of CNC lathe experience in a job shop environment
  .
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-sufficiency with a strong desire to grow and improve.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• 🕓 2nd Shift = 3 Days On, 4 Days Off - consistent long weekends.
