• Operate CNC Vertical Mills in our non-production department.
• Set up, run, and inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances and top quality.
• Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions like a pro.
• Work with state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, climate-controlled shop.
• Collaborate with a dedicated and experienced team that takes pride in what they do.

• 3+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC Vertical Mills.
• Familiarity with G-code and precision machining.
• Attention to detail and commitment to doing things right.
• A teamwork mindset and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and support a winning culture.

• 2nd shift = 3 days on, 4 days off (hello, long weekends!).
• 7% shift premium.
