Reynolds Consumer Products invites you to join our manufacturing team at our Appleton, WI plant. We are looking for a dedicated Quality Technician to conduct hourly line checks, support preventive action, and contribute to our continual product innovation.

• Perform hourly quality checks on production lines following established quality system procedures.
• Maintain inspection and test record files in accordance with Product Quality Plans and Presto Quality Policies/Procedures.
• Communicate quality issues to Rapid Responders, Team Leaders, Shift Leaders, Process Leaders, and the Quality Manager.
• Comply with GMP requirements to ensure safe food packaging, reporting food safety problems to the appropriate leaders.
• Analyze production test data and assist problem solving to enable continuous improvement of product quality.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic statistics knowledge and experience applying quality tools (control charts, histograms, process capability calculations).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SPC.
• Manufacturing experience and understanding of inspection methods and manufacturing processes preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and maintain focus on safety.
