• Must be a team player with good work ethic to enable the team to hit production goals.
• Must be an integral/contributing member on the 1st shift employee involvement team.
• Must help build a strong assembly team atmosphere.

• Must be willing to cross train.
• Must possess good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must work within the “Industrial Equipment Production Guidelines.”
