Manufacturing Technician; 2nd Shift

EV.Careers is currently seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technician for one of our partners, that is a well-established manufacturing company serving multiple industries. In this position, you will execute intricate assembly processes, implement manufacturing procedures, and serve as a key technical advocate within the production team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety improvements in assembly operations.

• Deliver high-quality manufacturing solutions and services that meet customer specifications while maintaining cost-effectiveness
• Identify and implement process enhancements and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Use specialized tools and equipment to create, analyze, and validate documentation, production processes, and manufacturing outputs
• Apply technical knowledge of manufacturing workflows, product specifications, and quality requirements
• Perform assigned tasks following good manufacturing practices and company-established procedures under appropriate supervision
• Assist and guide production line operators with technical support and operational guidance
• Safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining proper process controls, risk awareness, and setup protocols

• Minimum of one (1) year completed of an Associate's degree OR completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science

• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

• One (1) or more years of related manufacturing experience
