Quality Supervisor
Supervise, coordinate, facilitate, and provide leadership to employees directly or through group leaders. Outline work procedures and assign duties to meet departmental and company requirements.

Our Facility in Appleton, WI manufactures state‑of‑the‑art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense as well as Industrial and Medical Industries.
Job Summary- Ensure all contractual and regulatory quality requirements are communicated and met.
- Support receiving, in‑process, and final quality control across departments.
- Lead root‑cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Serve as customer and supplier interface for quality issues and resolution.
- Establish and maintain quality procedures in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and audit requirements.
- Provide daily leadership, direction, workflow management, and training to employees.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and strong communication.
- Track departmental performance and support recruiting, employee development, and performance decisions.
- Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the assigned functional area.
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes, work measurement, and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong technical writing, documentation, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Project, and MRP/ERP systems.
- Effective communication skills with customers and internal teams; ability to represent the company professionally.
- Negotiation, conflict management, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing conditions.
- High accuracy and attention to detail; strong professional attitude and demeanor.
- Abilities consistent with the General Requirements of Team Members.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field
- Understanding of DOE, 6‑Sigma, Lean Manufacturing desired
- Experience with in electrical or electronic manufacturing
- Advanced ERP and Microsoft Office skills (e‑mail, Word, Excel), intermediate level Power Point, and Access preferred
