Responsibilities- Machine complex, custom parts with high precision and autonomy
- Use your brainpower to program, problem solve, and perfect your work
- Interpret complex blueprints and bring them to life
- Mentor junior machinists and youth apprentices - be the go-to expert
- Follow industry-leading safety, quality, and 6S standards
- Enjoy variety and challenge every single day
2nd Shift: Monday-Wednesday, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Paid for 40 Hours! (Optional Thursday Overtime Available)
4 Day Weekends, Every Weekend!
Qualifications- 5+ years of machining experience in a job shop environment
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently
- Passion for precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement
