Press Operator

Labelink is looking for an experienced Press Operator for our Appleton, WI facility.

• 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday, 2:30pm to 12:30am.
• Training conducted on 1st shift - Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.
• Overtime opportunities as needed.

• Based on experience working on flexographic presses.
• $1.00 an hour shift differential (2nd shift).

• Operate flexographic printing presses efficiently and safely
• Review production schedules and coordinate with the Scheduler or Supervisor on job priorities
• Ensure proper machine setup, tear-down, and line clearance for each run
• Monitor press performance and product quality throughout the job
• Troubleshoot press issues and perform minor maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA and lockout/tagout protocols
• Maintain accurate production reporting using scanners and computer systems
• Work closely with team members on the line to ensure quality and efficiency
• Assist with process improvements and meet customer quality expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

• 3+ years of press operating experience
• Strong knowledge of printing presses and related equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and instructions
• Solid understanding of production processes and quality control
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Good math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
• Forklift operation skills a plus (training available)
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
