Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist to join A to Z Machine Company
, a fast‑paced, quality‑focused, employee‑owned shop. This role is a 2nd shift, 4‑day weekend schedule that delivers high precision, complex custom parts.

• Machine complex, custom parts with high precision and autonomy
• Program, problem‑solve and perfect your work using industry‑leading safety, quality, and 6S standards
• Interpret complex blueprints and bring them to life
• Mentor junior machinists and young apprentices — be the go‑to expert

• 5+ years of machining experience in a job shop environment
• Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently

2nd Shift: Monday‑Wednesday, 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Paid for 40 hours; optional Thursday overtime available). 4‑day weekends, every weekend.
