• Fabricate, assemble, and finish plastic components per drawings and specifications
• Perform plastic bending using heat strips and/or forming equipment
• Conduct basic plastic welding (hot air, extrusion welding, or solvent)
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other shop duties as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow all company safety protocols and best practices.
• Interpret and adhere to the production schedule and job priorities.
• Effectively communicate with team members regarding job status, issues, and quality concerns.

• 1–3 years of experience in fabrication, assembly, or a related field preferred
• Basic understanding of fabrication tools, equipment, and safety practices
• Ability to use and interpret tape measure, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
  
  Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time

• Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
