Electronics Assembler, Production QC/QA
Job Title
This position will be responsible for performing electrical tests for CSD products and must have the ability to work and communicate within a team environment.
Essential Functions- Perform high voltage and final tests for all products
- Set-up and complete extended end of line test
- Assemble products as needed
- Comply to all CSD/Miller safety procedures
- Move/cross train in any of the CSD Buildings per customer demands (tester utilization)
- Have valuable input within the Miller Employee Involvement process
- Functional Tester:
Must have completed the FVTC Functional Tester Course - Certificate Tester:
Electronics Fundamentals Certificate from FVTC - Degreed Tester:
Associate's in Electronics, Electro-mechanical Technology, or any other related degree - Operate electrical test equipment
- Stand/work 12 hours
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Work overtime per customer demands
- Good communication skills
- Frequently lift, push, or pull 10-25lbs and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 25-45lbs
- Frequently use both hands to assemble, wire, carry bins, tools and components
- Constant standing and hand manipulation
- Occasionally reaching, walking, and neck flection
- Stand for up to 12 hours per day
