Jr. Engineer Location :
Appleton , WI Duration:
Long Term Contract Rate : $35/hr on w2
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Perform physical stock verification of maintenance spare parts, tools, and consumables on the shop floor.
- Scan, label, and track inventory items using barcode or inventory management systems.
- Update inventory records in ERP, CMMS, or inventory databases accurately and timely.
- Organize maintenance inventory locations to improve accessibility, visibility, and control.
- Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records and report findings.
- Support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Assist maintenance and stores teams in locating and issuing spare parts.
- Ensure proper storage, tagging, and categorization of maintenance items.
- Maintain inventory-related documentation and records.
- Follow safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices within maintenance storage areas.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering
