- 3+ years of plant-level safety and environmental experience
- Technical bachelor's degree
- Safety training, auditing, and workers' comp experience
- Assertive, hands-on leadership style
Build safety culture and engagement through training, audits, and clear expectations.
Roll out corporate programs, manage EHS metrics, and keep the site environmentally compliant.
Nice-to-Haves
- ISO 45001 or 14001
- CSP or ASP certification
