Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a creative, organized Marketing Assistant to help tell our story--showcasing our homes, engaging future homeowners, and supporting our marketing and sales teams.

What You'll Do- Support marketing campaigns, social media, and email newsletters
- Assist with home staging and photo/video content creation
- Coordinate open houses, tours, and special events
- Write and design blog posts, mailers, and realtor outreach materials
- Maintain our CRM (Hub Spot) and respond to online inquiries
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field (real estate a plus)
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Hub Spot, Canva, and social media management tools
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs for staging and event setup
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented--you love seeing projects through from start to finish
- $16-$18/hour
, based on experience - Paid holidays, PTO, 401(k) with company match
