Accountabilities
Implement Theda Care Family of Foundations fund development strategies in partnership with assigned member foundations to support philanthropic goals and business priorities. Lead and manage assigned boards including facilitation of all board and sub‑committee meetings, guiding funding decisions and providing governance oversight to promote long‑term volunteer engagement. Demonstrate effective major gift management by cultivating, soliciting, closing, and stewarding a portfolio of leadership level donors and prospects that have the capacity to contribute at the $5,000 level.
Collaborate with multiple constituencies, both internally and externally, to effectively build relationships that garner philanthropic support for the Theda Care Family of Foundations. Plan, manage, and execute philanthropic events in partnership with foundation team members to advance constituent involvement, cultivation, and stewardship.
Bachelor’s degree. Four years of professional fundraising or relationship‑building experience.
Physical DemandsAbility to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty‑five (25) pounds without assistance. Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens while performing job duties.
Work EnvironmentClimate controlled office setting with daily movement throughout the facility. Interaction with department members and other healthcare providers.
