Location: Appleton, WI 54915
Pay: $70 - 75/hr.
Schedule: 40 hours weekly between 7 am - 04:30 pm (Monday-Friday) | No weekends, or on-call requirements
Overview: Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and occupational health services. EPIC experience is a plus.
Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic
Primary care, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Emergency Room, or experience in a similar setting is required.
EPIC EMR experience is a plus.
Must have an active Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin.
Must have an active Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or be able to obtain it post-offer.
