Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Up to $25/hour

Join Eden Senior Care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Edenbrook Appleton in Appleton, Wisconsin. This position is available for Full‑time and Part‑time work, with a pay range of $18.00/hr to $25.50/hr based on skills and experience.

Location: Edenbrook Appleton, Appleton, Wisconsin – a skilled nursing facility part of Eden Senior Care.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr – $25.50/hr.

Job Description:

• Provides quality care to guests in a supportive environment.
• Supports guests’ ability to maintain or attain physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Attends to individual needs: incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication.
• Maintains skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers and other skin damage by turning, repositioning, and applying moisturizers.
• Performs tasks assigned by the floor nurse, including checking vital signs, weighing guests, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens.
• Supports care planning by providing observations and reporting behavioral changes to supervisors.
• Assists the wound care nurse as directed.
• Completes medical records documenting care and other information with strict confidentiality.
• Maintains infection control and standard precautions during care.
• Reports hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, and supply issues to the supervisor.
• Responds promptly and courteously to call lights.
• Assists with admissions, readmissions, and transfers within the facility.
• Communicates effectively with guests, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Attends departmental meetings and in‑services as directed.

Are you qualified?

• Customer‑service oriented.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Wisconsin or have experience as a Nursing Assistant/Registered Nursing Assistant.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and staff.
• Eligible for long‑term care work is preferred.
