We are currently hiring a 2nd Shift Field Support professional to join our Appleton team. This role is ideal for someone with a caregiving or healthcare background who is ready to step into a leadership-focused position while staying connected to the field. Position OverviewThe Field Support role serves as a critical link between caregivers, clients, and office leadership. You will provide hands-on support in the field, help maintain quality standards, and ensure both caregivers and clients feel supported, confident, and heard.
This is a dynamic role that blends leadership, communication, and compassion—no two days are the same.
Schedule Details- 1st Shift Position
- 8 scheduled hours within the window of 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Every other weekend required
- Flexibility within daytime hours to support caregivers and clients as needed
- Caregiver Support:
Provide in-field coaching, mentorship, and encouragement - Client Introductions:
Attend new client start-of-care visits to ensure smooth transitions - Quality Assurance:
Conduct check-ins, monitor care plans, and support client satisfaction - Training & Mentorship:
Assist with caregiver orientation, field training, and skills refreshers - Problem-Solving:
Step in to provide short-term coverage or support during urgent situations - Communication:
Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and office staff - Documentation:
Accurately document field visits, training, and follow-ups - Compliance:
