Opportunity:

RN - LTC

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour or 12-hour day shifts with flexibility required between both shift lengths

• 36 guaranteed hours per week for 6-week contract

• Every other weekend schedule required

• Holiday coverage as needed

• Patient ratios: 1:10 in Rehab and 1:24 in LTC/Assisted Living with CNA assistance of 1:10 ratio

• Must make up any missed shifts within 2 weeks of absence

• Float throughout facility within skillset and to all facilities within 60-mile radius

• No on-call or call back requirements

Required experience:

2+ years in LTC/Assisted Living and Rehab settings

• One completed contract preferred

• EPIC charting experience preferred

• Required certifications:
Wisconsin RN license and AHA BLS

• Clinical interview required

• Black scrubs required

• 8 hours of unbillable orientation

• Associate degree or certificate in nursing required
