NURSE PRACTITIONER - Mobile Wound Care - Green Bay - Appleton WI
Seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide advanced wound care across Green Bay, WI, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality patient care, including procedures, examinations, and education.
- Assess vital signs, monitor wound healing, and coordinate with specialists.
- Travel to patients' homes and document care accurately in electronic health records.
- Active NP license in Wisconsin.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Willingness to travel 100%.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to start promptly.
