Plasma Center Nurse – RN (Benefits Day One)

Join Bio Life Plasma Services as a Plasma Center Nurse (RN) supporting our plasma collection center operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and work as a Medical Support Specialist, ensuring safe and compliant donor interactions.

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history interview, physical examination, blood testing, and review of serological protein electrophoresis (SPE).
• Manage donor adverse events and evaluate donor reactions per SOPs, including emergency responses and coordinating transport to medical facilities.
• Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable test results.
• Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical guidance and for providing unacceptable findings to donors.
• Support Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Handle employee incidents, assess need for further evaluation by occupational health/ER, and follow EHS guidance.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized, supporting investigations of pandemic threats.

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduate from an accredited nursing program with state requirements.
• Current RN license (or NP/PA) in the state of assignment.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• State-required basic IV therapy certification.
• Completion of FDA‑approved Bio Life Medical Support Specialist training.
• Two years of clinical or hospital experience.

• Hourly wage range: $31.92 – $43.89, depending on experience and location (Appleton, WI).
