We are currently seeking a skilled and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Services team.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Observe, assess, and document resident conditions and care provided
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
  • Support individualized care plans for Assisted Living and Memory Care
  • Assist with training and supporting medication aides and new team members
  • Model Touchmark values and uphold Gold Standards of care
What We’re Looking For
  • LPN degree from an accredited nursing program with current state licensure
  • 1–2 years of experience working with older adults preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to maintain per state requirements)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Compassion, professionalism, and commitment to resident‑centered care
  • Ability to work rotating weekends and flexible hours as needed
