Opportunity:

RN - LTC

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour or 12-hour PM shifts with required flexibility between shift lengths

• 40 guaranteed hours per week over 6-week contract

• Every other weekend schedule required

• Holiday coverage as needed

• Patient ratios: 1:10 in Rehab and 1:24 LTC/Assisted Living with CNA assistance at 1:10 ratio

• Float throughout facility within skillset and to all facilities within 60-mile radius

• No on-call or callback requirements

• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of absence

• 2 years experience required, 1 completed contract preferred

• Must have worked in LTC/Assisted Living and Rehab in skilled nursing facility setting

• Required certifications:
Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS

• EPIC charting experience preferred

• Black scrubs required

• 8-hour unbillable orientation required

• Associate Degree or Certificate required

• Clinical interview services and MSP interview process
