Certified Nursing Assistant – Long-Term Care

8-hour evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:15 PM. Week 1:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Week 2:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday. Weekend and holiday shifts required every other.

Contract length is 9 weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week.

• Wisconsin CNA certification
• AHA BLS certification
• Medication Administration Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience
• Recent experience in a long-term care facility
• Charting experience in EPIC preferred

• Assist patients with daily living activities.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Document patient care activities accurately.
• Support nursing staff in providing high-quality care.
