Encapsys, part of Milliken & Company, is hiring student interns and co-ops for 2027 in Appleton, WI. Paid positions offered to Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology/Microbiology, or Materials Science students, with housing allowance and PTO as part of the benefits package.
Co-ops run January–August 2027 and May–December 2027. Students work under mentors, conduct lab work, and contribute to developments in encapsulation technologies for fragrance and agriculture applications.
