As a Barista, you will support your hotel's financial goals by overseeing the daily operations of the Starbucks facilities and other Food and Beverage areas. You will prepare and serve beverages and food to guests, ensuring high-quality products and service standards to maximize guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in F&B outlets, including cash handling; previous Barista experience preferred.
• Friendly, customer-centric, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and dress at all times.

• Prepare beverages according to standard procedures, maintaining quality and controlling costs.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; set up the bar as per protocols.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests; follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform side work before and after shifts, including stock and coffee preparation.
• Access to back-of-house areas and sensitive information, including storage and liquor rooms.
• Handle cash transactions, deposit cash drops, and balance bank registers accurately.
• Interact with guests and colleagues, sometimes unsupervised.
• Maintain trust and responsibility, representing the company professionally and exercising sound judgment.
