Hourly Range: $20-$24/hour

We're looking for Prep Cooks who take pride in doing things the right way. If you're detail-oriented, can follow recipes with accuracy, and believe in delivering consistent quality every single day, we want you on our team. We live by 'The Way It Should Be'—doing every job with pride, supporting one another, and never cutting corners.
- Prepare fresh ingredients according to company recipes and specifications
- Accurately read, follow, and execute standardized recipes
- Measure, portion, and label products to ensure consistency
- Maintain high standards for food quality, freshness, and presentation
- Properly rotate and store products using food safety standards
- Keep prep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every shift is set up for success
- Ability to accurately read and follow recipes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A passion for scratch-made food and consistency
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Food preparation experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
