Overview

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour.

What You’ll Do – Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their questions and help them find products or services.
• Restock shelves, receive products, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment when certified and move merchandise or store fixtures as required.
• Maintain pricing, inventory accuracy, product setup, and general upkeep of store areas according to procedures.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while complying with safety and legal requirements.
• Learn operational procedures related to inventory, stock levels, store profitability, and product availability.
• Adhere to safety policies, behave ethically, and report hazards.
• Additional duties based on business needs.

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members in a helpful, welcoming manner.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, active environment with a focus on teamwork and problem solving.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities; comfort with technology and handheld devices.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and to climb ladders as needed; ability to work in varying temperatures.
